What is the difference between medical absorbent cotton and general cotton?

Ordinary cotton, is the kind we always see, this need not be said. What's the difference between ordinary cotton and medical absorbent cotton? In general, medical absorbent cotton is a kind of special processing cotton.

Medical absorbent cotton, also known as medical cotton, is made of raw cotton by removing inclusions, degreasing, bleaching, washing, drying and finishing.

Medical absorbent cotton is odorless, tasteless and colorless. It has excellent water absorption. The fiber is soft and slender, white and elastic. It is easy to layer. It has no harmful impurities such as acid and alkali. Its quality should conform to the technical specifications formulated by the Ministry of health.

It contains 75% fat in the surface of cotton, which is not hydrophilic because of its hydrophilic property.
